For this project, I was responsible for developing Bittersweet’s Spring Appeal, the second installment of our biannual fundraising campaign. Much like the annual appeal, this initiative was created to encourage donations—specifically targeted toward supporting our departments and programming needs.
I designed a professional trifold brochure that clearly communicated the organization’s mission, current impact, and areas in need of support. The layout was visually compelling while keeping the message heartfelt and informative. This appeal was mailed out to thousands of existing and prospective donors, and I was also responsible for securing a printing partner that could manage both production and distribution on a large scale.
To complement the printed brochure, I also launched a targeted digital campaign that included mass email outreach and coordinated social media posts. These efforts worked hand-in-hand with the physical appeal to keep donors engaged, reinforce the message, and help secure critical funding for our departments.
