For this project, I was responsible for designing a fundraising flyer to generate support for a new pavilion at our other location. This pavilion was essential for providing students with a dedicated outdoor space for concerts, meals, press conferences, educational gatherings, and more. With a fundraising goal of $70,000, the flyer played a key role in informing donors and the local community about the initiative and encouraging contributions.
Beyond the design, I coordinated mass printing and distribution, ensuring that the flyer reached key stakeholders. The flyers were also distributed at a community meeting where the pavilion project was discussed in detail. Thanks to these efforts, we successfully met our fundraising goal, securing the necessary funds to build this much-needed space for our students.
This was a meaningful project, requiring a blend of design, strategy, and community outreach. Like many of the physical media projects I’ve led, it also included a marketing campaign involving mass distribution, donor engagement, and public awareness efforts.
