For this project, I was responsible for designing and producing the official program for our annual meeting, a key event attended by board members, staff, participants, and donors. This program served as more than just an agenda—it was a curated guide that highlighted the significance of the event, key updates, and upcoming initiatives.
In addition to outlining the evening’s schedule, the program featured major organizational milestones, acknowledgments, and a preview of our largest event, Celebrating Possibilities. It played an essential role in engaging attendees, reinforcing our mission, and ensuring that every guest left with a clear understanding of our vision and future plans.
Beyond design, I managed the printing process to ensure high-quality production and timely distribution. Each program was carefully crafted to reflect the professionalism and impact of our work, serving as both an informational resource and a takeaway piece that kept our future initiatives aligned.
